EmpowerHer aims to uplift and support the growth of women in the health technology sector, by providing mentorship opportunities for women who are interested in pursuing or advancing their careers in this field.

EmpowerHer aims to empower, inspire, and support through meaningful and mutually beneficial mentorship relationships.

EmpowerHer welcomes a new cohort of mentees and mentors every year. There will be a number of in-person meet ups for the cohort, offering opportunities to connect with each other, share experiences, and learn new skills through dedicated workshop sessions.

Wednesday 5 February: Applications open
Friday 28 February: Applications close
End March: Confirmation of participation for Mentors and Mentees
Wednesday 2 April: Programme Kick Off (subject to change)
Late May: In-person Meetup
1 July: WiHT Breakfast at HealthTech Week
August: In-person Meetup
October: Programme Close

We would love to hear from interested mentees and mentors who would like to be involved this year. Formal programme entry will occur once we provide more details and confirm your commitment.
